How to Register
1. Free Trial Registration
Brand new to the club? Great! Sign up for our Free Trial to try out one of our teams or participate in a Splash Ball Session.
2. USA Water Polo Registration
Our club is a part of a larger organization, USA Water Polo, Inc. In order for athletes to participate in our Club (Including Free Trial Athletes) they MUST have a USA Water Polo Membership. Free Trial & New Splash Ball athletes may join USA Water Polo for Free!
3. Club Registration

In order to plan our program efficiently, without overbooking and to cover operating expenses (salaries, water, tournament fees, equipment, etc.) no refunds will be processed.
*The OVAC Board may choose to review individual situations at their discretion.
OVAC MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP: You can cancel/pause your membership anytime with 30 days written notice. Please email registration@ovaquaticsclub.com with your players name and details.

TRANSACTION FEES **Note that all electronic transactions incur a fee, **Credit Card transaction fees are 4% + .99 cents****ACH transaction fees are 2% + .99 cents**

CREDIT POLICY: If a credit is granted, the remaining balance can be applied to future payments within a six month time frame. After six (6) months, if the payment credits have not been applied, they will be forfeited.
DONATION RECEIPT: A player can choose to donate the remainder of their balance upon early withdrawal from the tournaments, in which case the family can request a donation letter for the IRS. OVAC will write a letter for your tax preparer sharing that you are donating X dollars to have their credit balance.
VACATIONS: We understand that family time is valuable. Over the Summer months, families often take long vacations. Payment credits will not be granted for not attending scheduled practices, going on vacation, etc.
